The BFHKI-1982+ from Mini-Circuits is an LTCC Bandpass Filter that has a passband from 17.5 to 22.2 GHz. It has a passband insertion loss of less than 4.9 dB, provides a stopband rejection of up to 65 dB, and can handle an input power of up to 1 W. This filter has an integrated interposer board that enables installation onto PCBs with automated manufacturing equipment making it suitable for high-volume processes. The LTCC fabrication process of this filter ensures minimal RF performance variation and is well-suited for environmental extremes of high humidity and temperature.

The BFHKI-1982+ has an operating temperature range of -55°C to +125 °C that enables it for use in high reliability and extreme environment conditions in aerospace & defense applications. It is available in a small surface-mount shielded ceramic package that measures 4.95 x 3.65 x 1.83 mm and is ideal for use in test and measurement equipment and dense signal chain PCB layouts where it complements MMIC size and performance.
