The C3-MS-X-01-Au from AFT Microwave is an RF Circulator that operates in the X-band from 8 to 12 GHz. It can handle a forward input power of up to 2 W, provides more than 16 dB of isolation and has an insertion loss of less than 0.7 dB. This 3-port, Y-junction circulator is made on a Rogers RO4003 thin-film substrate with 50-ohm microstrip lines for transmission. It is available in a surface-mount package that measures 7.0 x 7.0 x 2.5 mm and has SMD solder pads. The circulator has been designed for military, space, and commercial applications. It has an operating temperature range from -40 to 80°C and is ideal for reflow soldering to PCB.
