The ADF7030-1 from ADI is a fully integrated Sub-GHz radio transceiver for low power applications. It has been optimized for the 169.4 to 169.6 MHz, 426 to 270 MHz and 863 to 960 MHz frequency bands. The transceiver supports 2/4 FSK and 2/4 GFSK with data rates of up to 400 kbps. This transceiver features a smart wake mode that provides low overall power consumption enabling long lifetime in battery operated systems while maintaining excellent RF performance. It can enter a low power sleep mode consuming only 10 nA with memory retained. The transceiver consits of an integrated ARM Cortex processor, dual power amplifier, low noise amplifier and a number of other components to provide complete transceiver functionality. It is ideal for for Internet of Things (IoT) devices, smart metering, security and building automation, industrial control, and wireless sensor networks.
