The LT Series from Linx Technologies is a low cost, bi-directional transceiver that operates from 260 MHz to 470 MHz. It is capable of transferring data at rates of up to 10,000bps over distances of up to 3,000 feet (1,000m). The transceiver supports single channel On-Off Key (OOK) modulation only. It can generate a power of up to 10 dBm and has a receive sensitivity of -112 dBm.
This transceiver module is just the radio, so all protocol functions are handled outside the module. This allows the designer to create a system that is specifically tuned for the application, with no extra overhead, power consumption or cost above what is absolutely necessary.
The LT Series consist of a number of transceivers with different frequency configurations. These are available in a SMT package that is RoHS compliant.
