TP-120 Image

The TP-120 from Holkirk is a 1.2m Fly-Away Antenna that operates in the X, Ku, DBS & Ka bands from 7.9 to 30 GHz (Tx) and 7.25 to 21.2 GHz (Rx). It provides up to 51 dBi of gain in Tx mode and more than 40 dBi of gain in Rx mode. This antenna has a carbon fiber reflector which employs a spherical dowel locking mechanism to ensure perfect alignment. It uses AIM Assist, an accurate and smooth positioning system that precisely points the antenna at the push of a button and stows it after use. The AIM antenna controller uses high accuracy feedback and a sophisticated pattern recognition algorithm to confirm and refine heading information using visible satellites.

The TP-120 can be operated using a local handheld interface or via a touch GUI screen. It includes a sturdy tripod and includes a versatile HPA cradle to accommodate a wide range of amplifiers. This antenna can operate even in adverse weather conditions or hostile environments.
