The FLEX-6600M from FlexRadio is a Software Defined Radio (SDR) Transceiver that operates from 30 kHz to 54 MHz. It has 4 independent band/mode receivers and supports full duplex cross-band operation. In Rx mode, this radio includes a 16-bit ADC with a sampling rate of 245.76 Msps and supports simultaneous reception on two antennas. In Tx mode, it delivers an output power of up to 100 W and has a harmonics of -60 dBc. It has a dynamic range of more than 155 dB and a spectrum resolution bandwidth of 1.5 Hz. The SDR requires a DC supply of 13.8 V and consumes 25 A of current.
The FLEX-6600M has an 8-inch 1920 x 1200 IPS WUXGA touchscreen display and ergonomic controls and provides an external connection for an HDMI-compatible 1920 x 1200 resolution monitor for maximum spectral visibility. It features SmartSDR™ Digital Audio Exchange (DAX) and SmartSDR CA which eliminate all the wiring and sound cards for digital mode and logger connections to the radio. This radio also includes a front-facing speaker with a 2 W Class D audio amplifier. The SDR enables remote operation using SmartLink® and can be controlled via an iPhone®, iPad®, Laptop, or Maestro™ (requires internet connection). It is available in an enclosure that measures 17.10 x 35.60 x 13.25 cm.
