The SSHPS 0.020-0.520-400 from Aethercomm is a high power symmetrical SPDT RF switch that operates from 20 to 520 MHz. This switch has been designed to be integrated in communication and Electronic Warfare (EW) systems where high power, low loss and excellent isolation are required. It can handle up to 400 watts of CW power and has a switching speed of 8 uSec. The switch requires a +28 Vdc supply and draws up to 550 mA of current.
The SSHPS 0.020-0.520-400 can operate at temperatures from -30°C to +70°C up to 35,000 feet altitude. It meets the conditions specified in MIL-STD-202G, Method 213, Test Condition J (30G, 11mS, 18 Shocks - 3 in each of 6 axes). This unit meets the vibration conditions specified in MIL-STD-202G, Method 214A, Test Condition 1 and C.
