The AM6002A from Atlanta Micro is an SPDT Reflective Switch that operates from DC to 14 GHz. It can handle an input power of up to 24 dBm and has a switching speed of 100 ns. The switch has an insertion loss of less than 2 dB and provides isolation of 30 dB. It requires a single positive supply of 4.5-5.2 V, a single positive control voltage to switch paths, and consumes up to 0.6 mA of current. This switch is available in a 3 mm QFN package and is ideal for high frequency, low power Tx/Rx applications
