The HSWM4201/2.9-320 from HXI is a broadband PIN diode SPST switch that operates from 18 to 26.5 GHz. It can handle an input power of 0.2 W (23 dBm) and provides isolation of up to 35 dB and has an insertion loss of less than 1.2 dB. This solid-state switch has a switching speed of 10 ns and a VSWR of 2.0:1. It is available in a connectorized package with 2.92 mm female connectors and it is ideal for use in attenuators, AM modulators, receiver protection, integrated switching, and general RF switching applications.
