The KS204 from KCB Solutions is a GaAs pHEMT based Non-Reflective SPDT Switch that operates from 0.02 to 8 GHz. It can handle an input power of up to 30 dBm, has an insertion loss of less than 1.8 dB, and provides isolation of 55 dB.
