The SW4-3000-7000 from Sirius Microwave is a SP4T internally terminated PIN switch that operates from 3 to 7 GHz. This absorptive switch has insertion loss of less than 2.8 dB, isolation of over 90 dB and switching speed of under 200 nsec. It can handle up to 18 dBm of input power and requires a +5/-5 V Supply. It is available in a connectorized module.
