The SKY12255-708LF from Skyworks is a Reflective Single-pole Double-throw (SPDT) Switch that operates from 0.3 to 3.8 GHz. It can handle an input power of 160 W, has a Tx/Rx insertion loss of less than 0.3 dB and provides high Tx to Rx isolation. This fail-safe switch is available in a 20-lead QFN package that measures 5.0 x 5.0 x 1.5 mm and is ideal for high-power TDD, 4G & 5G systems, high-power macro base stations and high-power DAS applications.
