The SW-DA10-6S from UMCC is an absorptive SP6T PIN-switch that operates from 0.2 to 4 GHz. It can handle an input power of up to 27 dBm, has an insertion loss of less than 1.9 dB, an isolation of more than 70 dB, and a switching speed of 90ns. The switch requires a supply voltage of -12 / +5 V while consuming less than 200 mA of current. It is available in a module with SMA female connectors.
