The SW-S200-3S from Universal Microwave Components is an SP3T Reflective PIN-Switch that operates from 2 to 18 GHz. It has an insertion loss of less than 2.2 dB and provides an isolation of above 60 dB. The switch has a rise/fall time of 15 ns and an on/off time of 60 ns. It can handle an input power of up to 30 dBm (CW) or 10 W (Pulse) and has a VSWR of less than 1.7:1. It has a TTL control interface and requires a +12/-12 V supply. This SP3T switch is available in a module that measures 25.4 x 25.4 x 13.5 mm with removable SMA-Female connectors.
