The NT-18G-50G-1C-C from Maury Microwave is an Automated Impedance Tuner optimized for load-pull measurements from DC to 65 GHz. It supports 5G FR2 frequencies and provides a typical matching range with a VSWR up to 40:1 @ 28, 39 GHz. The tuner can handle up to 10 W of CW input power and has an insertion loss of 0.5 dB. It has a direct probe connection that allows operation with no vibration and reduces the phase skew resulting in low signal distortion and more accurate vector measurements when using wideband modulated signals. The tuner can also be mounted directly to the probe tip for on-wafer measurements, thereby ensuring the highest tuning range (VSWR, lowest impedance) at the DUT reference plane.

The NT-18G-50G-1C-C is LXI certified and includes features such as dual TCP/IP and USB interfaces for simple, fast & reliable Control, direct ASCII commands, or DLL environment for automated applications, and standardized LXI for seamless integration with state-of-the-art instruments. It is available as a compact module that measures 4.50 x 1.60 x 3.35 inches and has 1.85 mm connectors.
