The 150W SSPBMg-K 2125-G Series from Advantech Wireless is a range of GaN based Block Up Converters available as SSPA or SSPB. They have up-convert a signal of frequency 950 MHz to 1700 MHz to a signal at the output with a frequency from 13.75 GHz to 14.5 GHz. The BUC provides 52 dBm of saturated power, 49 dBm of linear power and a gain of over 60 dB. It is available in a compact rugged weatherproof construction that measures 17.17 x 8.99 x 6.53 in. (436.12 x 228.35 x 165.86 mm).
