The Ka-Band 20W from SAGE Satcom is a Ka-Band GaN Linear Block Up Converter which upconverts an input frequency from 1000 MHz to 2000 MHz to an RF frequency from 29 to 31 GHz. The BUC provides 20 watts of linear power with a small signal gain of 60 dB. It works on a supply voltage of 48 VDC, while consuming up to 275 Watts of power. The BUC is available in a module that measures 7.8 x 6.7 x 5.4 inches with N-type female connectors.
