The ARF2101 from Altum RF is an MMIC Phase Shifter that operates from 8 to 12 GHz. It has a 6-bit logic that controls a phase shift range of 354.4° in 63 steps with a step size of 5.625°. This phase shifter IC can handle 25 dBm of power, has an insertion loss of 6 dB with less than 1.4 dB variation. It is based on robust GaAs pHEMT technology and optical gate lithography is to ensure high repeatability and uniformity. The phase shifter is available as a bare die and is suitable for use in phased array radar, weather monitoring radar, and an active antenna for SATCOM applications.
