The MAPS-010143 from MACOM is a GaAs pHEMT 4-Bit digital phase shifter that operates from 1.4 to 2.4 GHz. It provides a phase shift from 0 to 360 degrees with an LSB of 22.5 degrees and has an integrated CMOS driver. The phase shifter has a low RMS attenuation error of 0.5 dB and minimal attenuation variation over the phase shift range. It is available in a 4 mm lead-free, 24 Lead PQFN package and it is ideally suited for communication antennas and phased array radars.
