The VRFC0010-BD Series from Viper RF are Single Bit GaAs MMIC Phase Shifters that operate from 8 to 15 GHz. They provide a phase shift of 45, 90 and 180-degrees. These devices have an insertion loss of less than 2.4 dB and with their RF ports matched to 50 ohms. They require a control voltage of +0.5/-7 V and consumes up to 100 µA of current. These phase shifters are available as a die and are ideal for defence and instrumentation markets.
