ERDLA184002 Image

The ERDLA184002 from Advanced Microwave is a Detector Log Video Amplifier (DLVA) that operates from 18 to 40 GHz. It uses state-of-the-art thin film technology and provides superior CW immunity. The unit has a dynamic range from -63 to +2 dBm, a typical log accuracy of ±1.3 dB, and a log slope of 50 ± 4 mV/dB (into 100-ohm load). It has a typical rise time of 15 ns, a settling time of less than 40 ns, and a recovery time of under 300 ns. This DLVA can handle up to +15 dBm of input power and has a TSS of more than -65 dBm. It is available in a module that measures 41.0 x 38.0 x 7.9 mm with SMA connectors and is suitable for applications such as radar receivers, ECM systems, military and space, lab or off-air signal detection, and data processing. The device can also be mounted on a PCB by removing the output SMA connector.
