The AM-4200 Series from Amplus is Dielectric Resonator Oscillators that operate from 0.5 to 24 GHz. They deliver an output power of up to +12 dBm and have a frequency stability of 5 ppm/°C. The oscillators have a phase noise of up to -118 dBc/Hz at a 100 kHz offset and spurious of less than -80 dBc. They are designed using low noise solid-state transistors and high-Q dielectric or coaxial resonators. The oscillators are available in a module with SMA-female connectors and are suitable for digital microwave radios, SATCOM, RF transceivers, PL-LNBs, surveillance & EW receivers, radars, and data link applications.
