The WPG24S25250 from WAVEPIA is an RF Generator Module with a frequency range from 2.4 to 2.5 GHz. This generator delivers a CW output power of up to 250 W with a power control resolution of 10 W and has an efficiency of 57%. It has a frequency resolution of 100 kHz over a bandwidth of 100 MHz and provides a phase control range of 0° to 180°. This microwave generator is equipped with an optional soft-start function to prevent sudden voltage spikes and current surges and has an optional VSWR tracking step size of 1 MHz. It is available in a module that measures 212 x 80 x 30 mm with an N-type (female) connector and requires a DC supply of 32 V.
