The MX20000 from DS Instruments is a benchtop wideband high-performance mixer with an integrated programmable LO buffer. The mixer has an RF frequency range of 11 to 22 GHz, IF frequency range of DC to 4 GHz and an LO range from 12 to 24 GHz. The LO frequency can be controlled from a keypad on the front of this benchtop mixer. It has low conversion loss and can be used as an up or down converter. The mixer is available in a compact, rugged aluminum enclosure that measures 104 x 70 x 29 mm and is ideal for receiver development, radar systems, defense and communications applications. It can be controlled and powered through the USB port.
