The DOCXO5151AN01-HS from Dynamic Engineers is a Double Oven OCXO with output frequencies from 4.096 to 10 MHz. It provides a sinewave output waveform with a frequency stability vs. operating temperature of ±0.05 ppb and a phase noise of -155 dBc/Hz (at 10 kHz). This OCXO requires a DC supply of 12 V and consumes less than 1.5 A of current in warm-up mode and 350 mA in steady-state mode. It has sub-harmonics of up to -40 dBc and provides harmonic suppression of more than 30 dBc. The oscillator is available in a surface-mount package that measures 51 x 51 x 38 mm and is suitable for use in 5G, GPS, CDMA, telecommunications, and test & measurement applications.
