The IQOV-164 from IQD is an Oven controlled crystal oscillator (OCXO) that operates from 5 to 100 MHz. The OCXO operates over a temperature range from -40 to 85 degrees Celcius with ±0.20 to ±50 ppb frequency stability. It requires a supply voltage of 3.3 V and provides an HCMOS or sinewave output. The OCXO has a phase noise of -155 dBc/Hz at 10 kHz offset and is available in a surface mount package with or without voltage control.
