The OX-502 from Microchip Technology is an OCXO that operates from 10 to 40 MHz. This low-power OCXO has a phase noise of -155 dBc/Hz @ 10 kHz offset at 20 MHz and frequency stability of ±20 ppb over a temperature range of -40 to 85 degrees C. This OCXO requires a DC supply voltage from 3.135 to 3.465 V and provides an HCMOS signal at the output.
The OX-502 is available in a 6-pin surface-mount package and is ideal for use in Base stations, Test equipment, Small cells, Military communication equipment, Stratum 3, and SyncE/1588 applications.
