The iSource+® StarLPRO-1500 from Safran is a High-Precision Rubidium Source that has an output frequency of 10 MHz. It provides a sine-wave output with a phase noise of -145 dBc/Hz @ 1KHz offset and short-term stability of 10-12 @ 100 s. It requires a DC supply of 12/24 V and includes an internal diode for reverse voltage protection along with protection against ESD and over-current.

This rubidium source has an RS232 interface for center frequency adjustment and monitoring of the working parameters. It is available in a module that measures 128.0 x 95.0 x 38.1 mm and is suitable for synchronization telecommunications (SDH, SONET, SS7, GSM, TETRA), digital audio broadcast, TV transmissions (analog & digital), military communications, navigation, instrumentation and tracking, and guidance control applications.
