The dB-9005 from dB Control is an Integrated Stabilized RF Source that generates a signal from 30 to 36 GHz. It provides an output power of up to 17 dBm and has a digital amplitude control of up to 50 dB using an 8-bit control word with a LSB of 0.125 dB, and digital ON/OFF pulse control of up to -60 dBm when OFF. The RF Source has a switching speed of 1 µs with an accuracy of ±1 MHz. It supports AM, FM, phase and pulse modulation, with four digital frequency modulation modes of ±100 KHz, ±10 MHz, ±100MHz and ±500 MHz.

This conduction-cooled frequency source consumes 30 W of power and is available in a customizable unit that measures 7 x 4 x 1 inches with SMA female and VMA connectors. It is ideal for use in radars, radar simulation, electronic countermeasures (ECM), electronic warfare (EW) threat simulation, and test & measurement.

Customizable options include various frequency bands, output powers, prime input powers, measurement accuracies (frequency/amplitude/pulse width), modulation types, digital interface, and an additional digital noise generator.
