The dB-9003 from dB Control is a custom-mounted Integrated Stabilized RF Source (ISRFS) that operates from 8 to 12 GHz and from 30 to 36 GHz. This highly accurate RF source has high frequency switching speeds of 1 uS to be within ± 1 MHz accuracy and supports four modes of frequency modulation. It provides an output power up of 17 dBm with 8-Bit amplitude control (0.125 dB LSB) across a dynamic range of 50 dB. The ISRFS can be controlled and set up with a digital port. The ISRFS units are packaged in a custom configuration with conduction cooling. It can be used for a wide range of applications including Radar, Electronic Warfare and Test & Measurement Applications.
