The PE42446 from pSemi is an SP4T Switch that operates from 10 MHz to 8 GHz. It provides more than 60 dB of isolation to prevent interference and maintain signal integrity and has a switching time of 250 ns. This switch integrates seamlessly into 4G and 5G base stations and massive MIMO architecture and provides digital pre-distortion (DPD) feedback loops and transmitter monitoring signal paths. It is available in a surface-mount package that measures 4 x 4 mm and has an operating temperature range of -40°C to +125°C. The PE42446 can be used for a wide variety of applications, including DPD and VSWR monitoring, portable wireless radios, repeaters, E911 systems, and test and ATE equipment.
