The PE42441 is an UltraCMOS SP4T absorptive switch that operates from 10 MHz to 8 GHz. The switch can handle up to 31 dBm P1dB and 58 dBm IP3 with an insertion loss from 0.8 to 1.6 dB and isolation of over 21 dB. It requires a 3V supply voltage while drawing 90 to 160 uA of current. The switch is available in a 32-lead 5x5 mm LGA package.
