The PE42442 is a SP4T RF switch based on Peregrines UltraCMOS SOI technology. The switch operates from 450 to 4000 MHz with a 1.8V control logic voltage. It has a high isolation of over 43 dB, an IP3 and a fast switching time of 255ns. It has been developed for 3G/4G wireless infrastructure applications and is available in a 24 lead 4x4mm QFN package.
