The KCB825 from KCB Solutions is a GaAs pHEMT SP4T Switch that operates from 0.02 to 4 GHz. This non-reflective switch has an insertion loss of less than 1.9 dB and an isolation of over 33 dB. The device has a rise/fall time of 40 ns,  on/off time of 125 ns, and can handle up to 30 dBm of input power. The switch has been successfully tested to 1M RAD TID and is compliant to the NASA EEE-INST-002 standards. It is available in a 4 x 4 mm hermetic surface-mount package and is ideal for use in defense and satellite applications.
