AM6029

The AM6029 from Mercury Systems is a Reflective SP4T Switch that operates from DC to 18 GHz. It has a switching speed of less than 11 ns and provides more than 35 dB of isolation. The switch can handle an input power of 27 dBm and has an insertion loss of less than 3.5 dB. It requires a DC supply of 5 V and consumes less than 35 mW of power. The AM6029 requires only a single positive supply and two positive control voltages to switch the four paths between a low loss thru path or an isolation state. It is available in a QFN package that measures 3 x 3 mm and is ideal for wireless applications.
