AM6013

The AM6013 from Mercury Systems is a Reflective SP4T Switch that operates from DC to 20 GHz. It has an insertion loss of less than 1.3 dB and provides isolation of more than 30 dB. The switch has an Input IP3 of 43 dBm and requires a DC Supply from 3.3 to 5V. It is matched to 50 ohms and is available in a low SWaP (size, weight, and power) footprint. This positive control device exhibits a low insertion loss, a flat frequency response, and provides high isolation over the operating temperature range from -40 to +85 C. It is available in a 3 mm QFN package and is ideal for high-frequency low power transmit/receive (wireless) applications.
