The CP4-30206055-A1 from Ducommun is a wide-band SP4T Pin-diode absorptive switch that operates from 20 to 40 GHz with TTL control logic. It has an insertion loss of less than 6 dB and an isolation of more than 55 dB. The switch has a switching time of under 200 ns and can handle up to 23 dBm of input power. It requires -12 to +5 V of supply voltage and is available in a module that measures 1.5 x 1.0 x 0.75 inches with K-type (F) connectors. This switch is ideal for Test instrumentation, Telecommunication, and Wireless 5G Technology applications.
