The FW2198 from Finwave Semiconductor is an SP4T Reflective Switch that operates from 30 MHz to 7 GHz. It is designed to provide fast switching and settling time with high power handling over a wide frequency range, making it suitable for Tx/Rx switching in 5G systems, SDRs, and radar systems. This SP4T switch provides an isolation of 42 dB, has an insertion loss of 0.8 dB, and a switching time of 150 ns. It can handle an RF input power of 20 W (CW) and 40 W (pulsed). This switch eliminates the need for external components, further improving ease of use and enabling the replacement of legacy switch solutions.
