The QPC1030D from Qorvo is an SPST Switch that operates from 2 to 18 GHz. It has a switching speed of less than 170 ns and provides an isolation of 30 dB. This reflective switch can handle an input power of 20 W and has an insertion loss of 0.5 dB (at 10 GHz). It is fabricated on Qorvo's QGaN15 0.15 μm GaN-on-SiC production process. This switch is available in an SMT package that measures 1.12 x 1.62 x 0.10 mm and is ideal for radar, communications and electronic warfare applications.
