QPC8013Q

The QPC8013Q from Qorvo is an SP4T Switch that operates from 617 to 6,000 MHz. It has a switching speed of less than 5.5 ns and provides more than 34 dB of isolation. This switch can handle up to 5 W of input power and has an insertion loss of less than 0.8 dB. It is an AEC-Q100 Grade 3-qualified switch that operates with no need for external DC-blocking capacitors. The switch is available in a 13-pin surface-mount package that measures 1.1 x 1.9 x 0.44 mm and is ideal for automotive telematics modules, LTE, and diversity applications.
