The T-90000-RF-LF Series from KVG Quartz Crystal Technology are TCXOs with an output frequency from 50 to 250 MHz. They have a frequency stability of up to ±1.0 ppm and a typical phase noise of -120 dBc/Hz @100 Hz carrier offset. These TCXOs provide a sine or HCMOS signal at the output and have a low G sensitivity of 1.5 ppb/g.

Combining a high-frequency SMD crystal with state of the art temperature compensation, leads to stratum 3 level stability. These TCXOs are available in an SMD package that measures 14 x 9 x 6.5 mm and are ideal for test & measurement equipment, satellite communication systems, medical equipment, radar systems, military radio equipment, and mobile radio systems applications.
