The MFC147 is a Block Upconverter (BUC) with an integrated solid state GaN Amplifier. This Ku Band BUC converts a signal with an input frequency of 950 MHz to 1700 MHz to 13.75 GHz to 14.5 GHz. The unit is ideal for civilian and military aviation Ku-band SATCOM applications, including In-Flight Entertainment (IFE) systems and UAV communications. The MFC147 includes built-in test (BIT), temperature monitoring and FWD/REV power detectors, all monitored via standard serial commands.
