The CAE Series from Ducommun are discrete or MMIC PIN diode based current or voltage controlled electrical attenuators that operate from 18 to 110 GHz. They can provide an attenuation of up to 100 dB with a VSWR of 2:1 and atuning speed of 10 to 250 ns. These attenuators are available in a module with waveguide interfaces. They are ideal for Automatic level control, Amplitude Modulation, and Instrumentation applications.
