Johanson Technology has developed an AEC-Q200 qualified Ulta-Wideband (UWB) Band Pass Filter (BPF) with a passband from 6200 to 7800 MHz. With the ever-increasing need for vehicle security and authorized access technology evolution, Ultra Wide Band technology is an up-and-coming secure protocol that is enabling new secure features for the automotive application.
The 7000BP15A1600E-AEC BPF has an insertion loss of less than 2 dB and provides a minimum attenuation of 25 dB above and below the passband. It can handle an input power of up to 3 Watts (CW). This filter can be used in a wide range of applications including precise location (micro-location) technologies such as indoor asset tracking which can benefit from the compact size of this filter. This SMT component measures 2 x 1.25 mm (EIA 0806).
