The ADMV4801 from Analog Devices is a Beamforming IC that operates from 24 to 29.5 GHz, addressing n257, n258, n261 bands in one footprint. This 16-channel single-polarized beamformer IC features independent transmitter and receiver vector modulation control, high-resolution phase control, and high-resolution DGAs for amplitude control. It has matched to 50 ohms single-ended RF inputs and outputs. This IC is available in a compact surface-mount package and is ideal for mm-Wave 5G network radios, 5G microwave backhaul, and private communications networks.
