HMC554ACHIPS Image

The HMC554ACHIPS from Analog Devices is a double balanced GaAs MMIC Mixer that can be used as an upconverter or a down converter. It has an RF/LO Frequency from 10 to 20 GHz and an IF Frequency from DC to 6 GHz. This mixer is fabricated on a gallium arsenide (GaAs) metal-semiconductor field-effect transistor (MESFET) process and requires no external components or matching circuitry. It has a P1 dB of 8.5 dB, excellent LO to RF isolation of 38 dB, and LO to IF isolation of 52 dB due to an optimized balun structure. This RoHS Complaint mixer is available as a 7-Pad Bare Die and is ideal for Microwave and very small aperture terminal (VSAT) radios, Test equipment, Military electronics, Electronic warfare (EW), electronic countermeasure (ECM), command-control, communications, and intelligence applications.
