The SAC3201Q3 from SuperApex is a non-Reflective pHEMT MMIC SPDT Switch that operates from DC to 20 GHz. It has a switching speed of 15 nanoseconds, an insertion loss of 1.8 dB, and an isolation of 50 dB. The switch does not require a bias supply and can operate using complementary negative control voltage logic lines of 0/-5V. It is available in a RoHS-complaint surface mount package that measures 3.0 x 3.0 x 1.2 mm and is ideal for radar and ECM, RF/Microwave radio, test and measurement, and fiber optic applications.
