SAC3201AQ3

The SAC3201AQ3 from SuperApex is an Absorptive pHEMT SPDT Switch MMIC that operates from DC to 20 GHz. It has a switching speed of 20 nanoseconds and provides 50 dB of isolation. This switch can handle an input power of up to 30 dBm (~1 W) and has an insertion loss of 1.8 dB. It does not require a bias supply and can operate using complementary negative control voltage logic lines of 0/-5V. The switch is available in a RoHS-complaint surface-mount package that measures 3.0 x 3.0 x 1.2 mm and is ideal for radar and ECM, RF/Microwave radio, test & measurement, and fiber optic applications.
