The MASW-004103-1365 from MACOM is a SP4T HMIC (Heterolithic Microwave Integrated Circuit) silicon PIN diode switch that operates from 50 MHz to 20 GHz. The HMIC process results in low loss and high isolation through low millimetre-wave frequencies. It has an insertion loss up to 1.5 dB, an isolation over 50 dB and an IIP3 up to 64 dBm. This surface mountable switch has low parasitic capacitance and inductance, and can handle up to 38 dBm of CW power. It has an additional layer of polymer for scratch and impact protection.
