Elite RF to Showcase its Expanded High-Power Amplifier Solutions at IMS 2026

Elite RF LLC has expanded its high-power RF amplifier design and manufacturing capabilities with systems reaching up to 200 kW across L-band to X-band frequencies. The company will present its portfolio of RF amplifier modules and high-power systems at IMS 2026 at booth 16025. Elite RF is among a limited number of U.S. manufacturers capable of developing RF power systems at this scale, and is currently working with defense system integrators on high-power programs.

At the event, the company will highlight its ability to support demanding applications through advanced design and manufacturing expertise. The expanded capabilities aim to meet growing requirements across 5G infrastructure, radar, satellite communications and electronic warfare, where higher power density, wider bandwidth, and long-term reliability are critical.

Engineering challenges around efficiency, thermal management, and performance stability have become more significant with recent advancements. Elite RF’s latest GaN-based amplifier modules and systems address these challenges through advanced thermal design, precise impedance matching, and optimized power combining techniques. This leads to a stable phase and gain performance while enabling consistent operation in demanding environments. The company’s solutions span frequency range of UHF/VHF, L-band, S-band, C-band and X-band, and support power levels from 500 W to 20 kW in deployed systems, with higher power solutions under development.

This expansion reflects ongoing investment in next-generation GaN amplifier architectures, enhanced testing infrastructure and scalable manufacturing. The company’s key focus areas for this year include improving efficiency with application-specific linearity, advanced thermal and current monitoring, optional liquid cooling, and wideband low-VSWR impedance matching up to 40 GHz. These developments are intended to support OEMs and system integrators with production-ready RF solutions for defense, aerospace, telecom, medical and industrial applications.

“Our customers demand both high performance and long-term reliability,” said Deep Patel, COO of Elite RF LLC. “Our new high-power RF systems across UHF/VHF band, L-band, S-band, C-band, and X-band are built on years of real-world RF design experience, enabling reliable operation in demanding environments. We have successfully delivered systems ranging from 500W to 20kW RF power.”

IEEE International Microwave Symposium (IMS) 2026 is taking place from 7 to 12 June, 2026 at the Thomas M. Menino Convention and Exhibition Center in Boston, Massachusetts. The exhibitions are going to take place from 9 to 11 June.
